Christmas at Cleeve Wood Road Shops 2020
Thank you for your support of the 2019 Christmas at Cleeve Wood Road Shops charity event. We raised a lot of money – the most we’ve ever raised! – we appreciate all of the support. We are delighted to confirm that the 2019 raised over £2000 for charity and we have presented our three chosen charities with a cheque for £825 each!
We are thrilled that Christmas at Cleeve Wood Road shops will be returning again in 2020! After a very successful event in 2019 (our most successful fundraising yet!) we are looking forward to the 2020 event. We’ve taken on board some suggestions and feedback to make sure the 2020 is the best yet.

Join us on Sunday 29th November 2020 from 12pm until 4pm for lots of Christmas fun as we raise money for some fantastic local causes and charities. This event is a true passion-project for the organisers who want to put together a fantastic local community event that helps to give back. Your support of the event (even by sharing it on social media or by buying a few raffle tickets) makes all the difference. Kick off Christmas and help some great causes by visiting Christmas at Cleeve Wood Road shops!
Attractions include: A large, high value raffle (not to be missed!), a fairground with games and rides for all ages, lots of stalls for kids and adults alike including mulled wine, mince pies, cake stall, name the teddy, used book stall, used toy stall, PLUS hot food, drinks, games and prizes along with other stalls too. We’ll also be joined by Santa who kids can meet and get a gift!
The Christmas at Cleeve Wood Road shops event is a fundraising event raising money for local causes.
Raffle Tickets: Tickets will be available from October 2020. Check back here for details.
Parking: The road in front of Cleeve Wood Road shops will be closed for the duration of the event. This includes the parking on the road and on the land opposite. An official road closure permit will be obtained from South Gloucestershire council. All vehicles should be moved from the area prior to the day of the event (the road will be closed from 7am until 7pm on Sunday 29th November 2020). If you are attending the event we recommend walking or using public transport. There is street car parking in the local area however this can be busy during the event and we recommend alternative methods whenever possible.

The event is organised by a small committee (Mel Wiltshire from Style Collection, Louise Chapman from M Coleman Estate Agents, Michelle Cipolla from Cleeve Wood Pharmacy, Adam Jones from West 70 Photography and Tony Bryant, local resident). The event has been funded through donations from some businesses within Cleeve Wood Road shops.
